I turned the ac on since he just called me to find out if his brother grabbed me, turns out his phone died and he called me from the work phone. he was so happy and relieved he didn´t have to drive in this thunderstorm.
Lucky him, I have the AC on and it takes him 20 min to drive home from work, so he gets to have cooler room when he gets home.

@DK: No, I can. I was able to the second I walked up here I could have turned it on. No, his dad would just bitch about the electric bill and if mike had his on all day and night. Could get into it, but enjoying cool air sooon and thunder ^^

Yeah. And all of the bedrooms (there are 3) and the living room have a window unit. With 3 of them on a lot. Yeah.

The living room is in the total opposite side of the house from the main part of the hosue since they put in the addition.

mm i'd suggest central air then. that way its 1 machine thing keeping the whole place cool instead of 3-4 eating up so much electricity.

Someone I know has it and said he'd never go back to regular ACs... Central Air saves him lots of electric bill money
