I always go Magic, then Arrows if a stalemate. And thanks. I want an actual gun (I only chose Human Loyalist because the avvie representing them had one), but it seems I failed there. I hear there's some old donation items floating about that actually has a gun, but I don't think I have anything that anyone would trade for it.

Yeah, I'm sitting at 5k Aurum just from this thread and the RP alone. Guess I should get out there more. I've been seriously considering some sort of Transformers roleplay, but...not sure if this is the right crowd for it. And I tried to actually make a class and point-based system, which I think would probably be too boring for anyone else but me.

I never liked teacher who assigned arbitrary page- or word-counts on papers. If they know what they're talking about on the subject, it'll be as long as it needs to be, and if they don't it'll show. There's no reason to stress students out with requirements like that, and very possibly cause them to just throw in random garbage to inflate to count.

So professor, what might we encounter out in the wastes? And I'm seriously starting to consider attempting to ruin my own roleplay. It's either that, or sit here and make transformer replicas in Forza 3 until poor Cupcake can get home and post.

True. And if someone goes away for an extended period of time, I could possess them! Wow, this feels like that terrible game Clive Barker endorsed called Jericho. The gameplay was terrible, but the story to it wasn't too...bad.

You played a dead guy who could possess the bodies of his former squad of satanic-fighting super peoples. And yeah, just passing time myself. I just finished making a Nevada license plate for my Transformers: Prime Bumblebee model on Forza. It took a solid hour. And you can't even read the thing from the in game camera. But it's like Batman underwear. No one else can see it, but I know it's there and it's awesome.

So, I take it you're a transformers fan then?

But in all seriousness, I am. I am 21 years old and my worst dilemma was deciding what transformer I could sneak in to the theatre to see the latest Bay travesty. A different one has seen each movie. A little pathetic, I know. But they were a staple of my childhood, so they've stuck around.

Ah, so we're agreed that Bay's films are disastrous train-wrecks? I've only actually seen the second one, but I kind of wanted to walk out of the theater after an hour of college-hijinks and sex jokes and a distinct lack of enormous robots beating the titanium out of each other.

Yeah, his pretty much suck. I know it takes 28 hours to animate each frame that involves a Transformer, but the plot in each movie contradicts each other. The second one has Megatron killing Prime, even though he needs the Matrix so he can use it as a key to blow up the sun for energon (Tooootally not what it's for, by the way. And Energon can be made from alternate fuel sources!). The third has Megatron needing Prime alive so that he can do something involving a guy to reactivate a space bridge to bring Cybertron in to Earth's orbit. I am vague just in case anyone actually cares about seeing the movie there, but Megatron's Master Plan kills itself between movies, because each phase ruins each other.

Also, Bay hasn't made a good movie since Bruce Willis was involved. And that's because asteroids and explosions go together anyway.

Suz has a point! Oh god, I remember having to pause the movie because of all the tears. That was probably the most painful thing I endured when I was a kid. Mostly because I was watching it with my G2 Machine Wars Optimus Prime that I got for one Christmas, since G1 Optimus was kind of...you know, expensivo even in the 90's. They introduced some good new ones though. Although, I'll never forgive Hot Rod. Even if he did introduce me to Teaspoon, Cybertron's dishwasher.

I should point out that I've been out of touch with Transformers since I was like 9. I'm not sure I caught all of that. :p

Nah, it's cool. I didn't get out a whole lot as a kid, so I memorized a looot of lines after watching VHS recordings over and over for almost a decade.

...Only to do it again when I got the DVD box set.
