That should help see you through and give you plenty of slow realsing energy if you havent had breakfast

Breakfast is actually and for me to eat
Because of my body type brefast makes me fatter
trust me
certain people just cant eat breakfast

I don't eat lunch or anything, or avoid as much as possible...actually i really need to stop eating again, i feel like im bulking out >: other people say i look healthy, but i feel blegh.

... Uh... When trying to lose weight, skipping a meal is never a good idea. Frequent, smaller ones, not cutting back, is what helps. There isn't really any 'it depends'. Don't skip breakfast.

Except... You're wrong. Skipping breakfast is bad for you, and makes losing weight harder. You should always have SOMETHING, even if it's just a little toast.

I'm hesitant to believe what you drink is really enough... Coffee or tea most certainly aren't, soda is bad, water isn't enough, and juice can be really iffy as the only thing. What do you have?

I honestly believe breakfast doesn't help people loose weight or not eating makes you gain weight
I have lost tons of weight when I don't eat breakfast
when I do eat it it makes me hungrier during the day
Your body type really factors in to whether you should eat breakfast or not

I'm not trying to upset you or anything, but honestly, you do not have the best habits when it comes to taking care of yourself. I'm not all that convinced that your ways of losing weight are ways that are actually good for you. On that note, I don't really count the Dr. Oz show as a credible source. He's primarily entertainment.
