SparX 02-26-2016 12:03 PM

Good morning everyone =)

Glitch 02-26-2016 12:59 PM

good morning-- i'm exhausted today and wanna go back to bed but i have to scrub my house cause people are coming over and want to sleep on the floor

SparX 02-26-2016 02:05 PM

I call the cupboards! do you get the day off today at least?

Glitch 02-26-2016 02:21 PM

yup i do ouo

But my friend is coming over from idaho and he is bringing two friends and they are all crashing here.

Meanwhile I have my boy cat that pees on everythinggggg

so I am going to spend today trying to get the cat pee smell out of the carpets ouo

Tas 02-26-2016 02:27 PM

ew, cat pee.

SparX 02-26-2016 02:27 PM

I've found bleach makes the smell worse.
With my clothing I use a mix of borax coca cola and vinegar.
do you have access to a steam cleaner?

I would not recommend mixing chlorine bleach with urine, the reaction produces a toxic byproduct.

Glitch 02-26-2016 04:01 PM

i am waiting for brady to come home (he has the car) he will be a couple more hours. We're gonna go get a scrubby brush and some vinegar and i'm gonna do that and then baking soda for a bit and then try vaccumming. No steam cleaner we are poor :(

For now until he gets home i made a water baking soda solution and I sprayed that around the house to try and at least get a start on it XP

I really don't want these guys to sleep on the floor and be smelling cat pee all night D:

SparX 02-26-2016 07:26 PM

I hope it works for you =O One of the things I use is an oxy out spray. if I find it again I'll send you a picture of it, its supposed to help prevent pets from repraying also.

Glitch 02-26-2016 07:32 PM

well he's not gonna stop until I take him to the vet XD i just can't get one to call me back to make an appointment

also!

only the living room left to clean, which is the hardest part. xD I saved it for last.

it includes the carpet! brady still isn't home yet though so i might have to walk to the store. Which would be ok but it's raining xD

SparX 02-27-2016 06:28 PM

Lol your avatar glitch.
what inspired you lol

Potironette 02-27-2016 10:16 PM

Out of curiosity, how do cats get potty-trained anyway 0_0? Actually, why do cats care about litter boxes at all?

Glitch 02-27-2016 10:47 PM

oh everybody was having a chat yesterday about getting jello to look like he's eating XD

Cats seem to instinctually want to potty in sand/gravel. At least I used to have a kitten that I took outside as a kitten and she would go dig a little hole in the gravel and pee and then cover it up.

Potironette 02-27-2016 10:56 PM

Hrm, then why is it that your boy cat doesn't have that instinct?

Glitch 02-27-2016 11:05 PM

oh he still goes potty in the litterbox but he isn't neutered so he likes to go around and mark things - signaling any ladies that he is here if they are looking for a good time

Potironette 02-27-2016 11:13 PM

Ahaha, oh I see. Do females mark territory also?

Glitch 02-27-2016 11:19 PM

that I don't know! i know they yowl a lot!

just burned the poop out of my hand D:

Potironette 02-27-2016 11:21 PM

Burned the poop..?

Glitch 02-27-2016 11:43 PM

yes. haha

I put a skillet in the oven and then took it out and had it on the stove and forgot that it just came out of the oven!

Potironette 02-28-2016 12:07 AM

OH. >_< Ouch.

My mind was still on cats and had the sudden idea that cat owners burned cat poop to get rid of it.

Glitch 02-28-2016 12:15 AM

XDDD ewwwww so gross

littl3chocobo 02-29-2016 02:49 AM

there is no getting rid of cat poop! like a diamond cat poop is forever XD

Glitch 02-29-2016 02:59 AM

i don't know how that statement makes me feel ;o;

littl3chocobo 02-29-2016 03:02 AM

if you own cats it should make you feel neutral. you know this to be a truth, if you don't it should make you feel nervous about the digestive tract of these small furry overlords

luckily for most cat owners, kittens are born with the natural instinct to bury their waste, so if you show them a box of sand they'll want to use it and basically that's all the training they need.

unluckily for cat owners, cats also have the natural instinct to mark their territory...

Glitch 02-29-2016 12:17 PM

and there is no stopping them!

Last night he looked like he was sitting on our one chair so I didn't think anything of it but when he jumped down it was soaked! DX

Tas 02-29-2016 01:14 PM

ewwww gross.

this is why I don't want pets.

trystan830 02-29-2016 01:16 PM

i, for one, submit to my Furry Overlords. =^..^=

SparX 02-29-2016 03:07 PM

Reading the past day that I missed was a bit horrific in visuals.

Glitch 02-29-2016 03:13 PM

>3> i'm sorry sparx.

SparX 02-29-2016 03:17 PM

On a side note my husband once asked why he couldn't just try to burn cat poop instead of tossing it.
I let him burn one in our firepit at my moms one day and it mortified him.
Burning shit isn't a laughing matter.
It flames, and stinks and keeps flaming for so long.

Glitch 02-29-2016 05:14 PM

Yes this is not something I have any desire to ever try in my life D:

SparX 02-29-2016 05:15 PM

I just had someone pay for an 18 dollar order with all change. nickels and dimes and quarters.

Glitch 02-29-2016 05:17 PM

that's fun ouo

No mean customers so far today~~~

Brady and i are on day 2 of quitting smoking. . . it's miserable. I hate it. ahhhggggggg

SparX 02-29-2016 06:30 PM

I've only had 5 people come in so far.

Glitch 02-29-2016 08:23 PM

32. . . . which is pretty low for this store.

At least your customers can buy whatever they want D: we usually lose people because they want something other than flowers.

>3>

SparX 02-29-2016 08:31 PM

I'm up to 10 visits.
I really hate end of the month sometimes

Glitch 02-29-2016 08:48 PM

SparX 02-29-2016 09:18 PM
