Man...pinkie messed up her back and like...really badly messed it up. It hurts to move, walk, sit, stand....man I have about...7 hours of sleep in the past week! Im so tired and sore I want to...want to...kill something...o.o

My best friend hurt her back but it got better about a week after it happened.

Dk: I am planning on it when the bf gets off of work and it probably is I have a slipped disk in my lower spine so it wouldnt shock me if it shifted more and fricked up a nerve...

i suggest seeing a good chiropractor... i would help but im not one... but i help out my mother with her lower back problems when her spine is out of alignment...

Dk: Yeah its my left leg thats like that and thats what I am thinking it is as well because when I lay down I feel this sharp pain in my lower spine to the point that my thigh and calf throb with it. And I can also rub where it hurts and feel somthing...domt know what but there is something there
