My sessions ended up triggering my interest in psychology. I feel as though my studies because of it (we only had, like, 5 or so sessions covered. Not a lot.) have helped me greatly in understanding and handling my emotional responses.

I've taken psychology courses and such. I understand all of the behind stuff, but I still am how I am.
