I've noticed Modern and the elegant patterns are fairly common/unwanted. Everyone I know has Modern and the Elegant is from most of Japan >_<

The modern patter kind of grew on me. Just wish mine had compound eyes.

do you know if you have to evolve it before trading or can i just trade around one of the pre-evos?

The butterfly? I'm not sure, but I'd rather it be evolved when I got it to make sure XD

I sold my Pokémon y, I was just super disappointed in it..

Like I said, The game was a major disappointment and it was rather boring, It was just sitting around collecting dust after I beat it so I sold it to my friend.

What's funny is that this gen is the one I found the least boring out of the gens.

For me it was the opposite but its just my opinion

Well, I just didn't like the side story in the other ones (or the main story...if you consider the gyms the side things instead of being the main thing)

it's the first pokemon game so far that has lasted more than two weeks for my bf who is one that tends to reset his pokemon games alot.... makes trading with him normally pointless and time consuming as I try and save some before he'd reset but this version seems to make him happy yay not so much bored of it

hmm wishes I knew though what my friend safari would be hasn't been to it yet so doesn't really know much about it yet hmm

Well, you don't go to yours. You go to your friends' places...friends on the 3DS...if they don't have pokemon x or y they only have 2 pokemon there instead of three.

Mine are fighting types.

To see someone's 3rd Pokemon, they have to have beaten the Elite 4 AND be online at the same time as you at some point. @_@ It's rather annoying.
