Yeah, I think that's all a lot of people want. Personally, my home will always be with one person (yes I am a bit of a romantic, though where I got it from is still a mystery to me). To me it is more the people (or person) that you are with, and not necessarily the location.

There ya go! So long as you care for that person and enjoy time with them (no matter how much they may frustrate you at times) then I believe that when they are with you it is home.
