i'm a sucker for vampires. \/--\/

actually, i've never read Vampire Hunter D.....

Glitch 03-02-2016 03:03 PM

ah it's the best ^_^ you should! There's a manga version of the books now too if you'd rather do that~~~

Or the movie uhm Vampire Hunter D Bloodlust. It's not exactly the same story as the book but is still beautiful!

SparX 03-02-2016 03:06 PM

Beautiful doesn't begin to cover the artwork.
I have it on dvd =3

But yeah glitch, I already work thursday friday and saturday also So I was like..... serg just do this please.

trystan830 03-02-2016 03:07 PM

It would be ok to just watch the movie! xD

trystan830 03-02-2016 03:22 PM

...maybe.

SparX 03-02-2016 03:30 PM

Maybe as in yes?

trystan830 03-02-2016 03:39 PM

maybe as in maybe.

Glitch 03-02-2016 03:47 PM

haha I wish we could do a movie night on trisphee XD

littl3chocobo 03-02-2016 04:08 PM

technically you could but it would be a pain

Glitch 03-02-2016 04:40 PM

yes. . . maybe in the future we can figure out a non-pain way to do it xD

littl3chocobo 03-02-2016 05:59 PM

nah, too much work

Glitch 03-02-2016 06:12 PM

Apparently I like too much work >3>

My boss called and asked me to write up a whistleblower policy thing and now here I am . . . I've done that and written like 16 more policies. . .. for other stuff. . . i'm making a whole handbook!

littl3chocobo 03-02-2016 06:23 PM

a whistleblower policy?

Glitch 03-02-2016 07:28 PM

MY handbook came out to 44 pages! :D

Uhm for like. . . if he fires someone and they still have all the log ins for everything that they won't log in and take our company informations and any patient info or anything like that.

SparX 03-02-2016 07:37 PM

you know we don't actually have something like that.
An old employee even stole our facebook page from us when I first started in 2014.

Glitch 03-02-2016 07:40 PM

Ya my boss called today and was like ". . .you know how we can't get our wifi passwords for our other store?" "ya. . ." "we need a policy written up that we can have people sign so if they do stuff like that again we can sue them."

"ok."

xD

SparX 03-02-2016 07:46 PM

Yeah if only XD They kkinda see to just expect it as a common courtesy it seems

Glitch 03-02-2016 07:51 PM

Ya my boss works under a common sense plan. However, it's been shootin him in the foot. So since we are paying for ADP I went on there and made a whole handbook up with their templates and then attached all of the current laws at the end.

SparX 03-02-2016 07:55 PM

Go you! Laws change so often it's hard to keep up T.T

Glitch 03-02-2016 08:11 PM

Since we're going rec they have set the days for the law changes, like a cheat sheet XD

March 1st, June 1st, and October 1st haha

SparX 03-02-2016 08:37 PM

Our medical stores are being used to get the licenses for our rec stores, which we have 4 open now. 2 as greenleaf and 2 as the joint

Glitch 03-02-2016 08:47 PM

Random note: I really like staring at my avatar right now.

xD

Maro 03-02-2016 11:00 PM

^^ yooo people~

Glitch 03-03-2016 01:37 AM

Hi there Maro!

littl3chocobo 03-03-2016 06:50 AM

that is not even close to what i learned 'whistleblower' to mean XD

trystan830 03-03-2016 10:53 AM

what did you learn it meant, choco?

littl3chocobo 03-03-2016 11:14 AM

it's a bad name for someone who tells on a company when it does something amoral/illegal. the trick is to make it sound wrong to bring to light gross and shady practices

trystan830 03-03-2016 11:17 AM

yeah, that's what i thought it meant as well.

littl3chocobo 03-03-2016 11:19 AM

-nods- to be frank though, i think it is important for there to be practice clarity

trystan830 03-03-2016 11:32 AM

yes, i'll agree with that.

wiki's definition is that a whistle-blower "is a person who exposes any kind of information or activity that is deemed illegal, unethical, or not correct within an organization that is either private or public."

Glitch 03-03-2016 01:03 PM

It's just what the policy was called ouo

trystan830 03-03-2016 01:12 PM

yeah, i gotcha. you don't make up the policy names.

littl3chocobo 03-03-2016 02:50 PM

well, whoever did is not a very bright person XD

Glitch 03-03-2016 02:52 PM

ADP did it. hahah

trystan830 03-03-2016 03:11 PM

ADP, like the payroll company?

littl3chocobo 03-03-2016 03:13 PM

no idea XD i don't know that term

Glitch 03-03-2016 03:17 PM

yup adp the payroll company!

They have an HR department which my boss pays for and that comes with every document you could ever need for an employee handbook. I was trying to look up "privacy act" or something like that but the only thing they had was the whistleblower form. Which when I read it, reads the same as what we want so I went with it XD

trystan830 03-03-2016 03:19 PM

well that's interesting, Glitch.

both my jobs use ADP for payroll.

btw, who's the gif in your sig?

Glitch 03-03-2016 03:28 PM

IT's Rosella from King's Quest 7! She gets turned into a troll for a bit <3 She is the cutest troll in all the land <3

Ya the forms seem to be the only real benefit of the HR department feature XD My boss got it because we're really small and he doesn't know the procedures for firing people or what have you and it was easier to outsource that stuff.
