My niece is a sleeper, she sleeps like a rock at night. I started sleeping through the night at 3 months. Look at your family history, it may give hints.

Alpha 04-03-2012 12:50 AM

My lil bro was one of those who might take a bit to get to go to sleep, but once he was down, he was asleep until he woke up. Very rarely could he be put back to sleep, at least not within the first 6 months.

XAllurcore 04-03-2012 12:50 AM

Oh jeez, then I have no luck then.
Cause my siblings liked to wake up alot in the middle of the night. xD
But ehh, I'll manage for my little one.
I'll just need some orange juice. :D

Tiva 04-03-2012 12:53 AM

Hey you never know, maybe they will take after their father/sperm giver (You haven't talked about him so I make no assumptions).

XAllurcore 04-03-2012 12:59 AM

Hmm, I dunno his or his brothers history.
Though when they were kids, I know they were trouble makers. O__o
One quality I hope she gets from him though is the tough ness. xD
Like one time him and his two older brothers were messing around on a bunk bed. One thing lead to another and he broke his leg. He didnt cry, he didnt show pain. He laughed and walked around the best he can. And when the doctor put the cast on, said he wouldnt be able to walk to use a wheel chair or at most crutches. He just shook his head and walked out of the doctors without the wheel chair or crutches. xD
So yeah, touch cookie ness would be a bonus. Cause if she goes into super hurt mode I might go in a panic attack myself. xD So... -is weird-

Tiva 04-03-2012 01:00 AM

Eh understandable, we all want our children to be bulletproof so they don't get hurt.

Alpha 04-03-2012 01:13 AM

Indeed. I know I wish that for my younger brother, and I can only imagine what my dad and stepmom think/feel.

XAllurcore 04-03-2012 01:13 AM

Oh yes.<3
Or like me when I was Umm Around 5/6 years old.
We lived in a quiet little place where we could walk around just fine.
My friend[at the time] and I loved to walk around where she lived.
But the cranky old man, whos house we pass all the time.
Let out his hugeeee dog who chased us. We ended up running down a very rocky hill. Half way down though I tripped. When I got up when I was done rolling at the bottom of the hill I felt something wet going down my leg, I look down after I heard my friend scream then run [to get my mum], I wasn't hurt or anything but seeing my knee with a huge cut on it, bleeding heavily I kinda went in a shock and screamed myself. We lived close by so I guess my dog heard me and ran to my "rescue" lol. She helped me start walking to where my friend lived, shortly after I saw my mum running to me, when she got to me she was crying and kept murrmurring "oh my god" over and over, she right then picked me up and went as fast as she could back to my grams where we lived at the time. Her and my gram tend to my knee and i went to the hospital. My mum was surprised I wasnt crying or anything, and the fact i didnt need blood or stitches. :3
Still have the scar today. xD
Hopefully she is a tough cookie.<3

Tiva 04-03-2012 01:18 AM

Owwwie, I hope she is as tough as you.

I have a scar on my knee from when i was seven, I went to summer camp and was running from a friend onto the top bunk of the beds and apparently kicked the end cap off the top and cut open my knee. Lovely thing to do the first day of camp.....

XAllurcore 04-03-2012 01:20 AM

Yeah.<3

And awh. Thats kinda what happened to my knee.
It was so big the gash, but some how the scar over time got smaller.
Probably cause I grew up since way back then. xD

Tiva 04-03-2012 01:24 AM

Mine turned into a little sideways V. But Scars give character, let her get at least one.

XAllurcore 04-03-2012 01:27 AM

Oh, I'm sure she'll get atleast one. xD
Everyone does. Even if they don't know it. C:

Fauxreal 04-03-2012 01:44 AM

I have a scar - that is actually a set of three marks. I coll it my Bermuda Triangle.

Alpha 04-03-2012 01:46 AM

Well, I have several scars. Most of them are minor, but one in particular was kinda major. It's not as visible anymore unless you really know to look for it.

XAllurcore 04-03-2012 01:47 AM

Thats cute. ^^
I have many scars...xD
But the only real noticeable ones is that one on my knee and one on the outter side of my one hand. xD
