*reads the very interesting paragraph on egg talk* XD Have you ever collected eggs from young broiler hens who are just starting to lay? My family got one with THREE YOLKS once.

Can anyone imagine an ostrich egg, spun into a golden egg, injected with tasty spices and roasted, then served for the roast at dinner?

Fontaine 04-14-2016 03:38 PM

I always liked 'em scrambled.

Tam I am 04-14-2016 05:06 PM

Ostrich eggs?

SparX 04-14-2016 05:29 PM

Easy fried over hashbrowns is the only acceptable way for runny yolk in my opinion.
also When you put the egg inside a piece of toast that's amazing =O

LOL I still think that mashed to puree soft cooked eggs make great pancake and toast spread.

...Now I wanna make inside-out eggs.

Tam I am 04-14-2016 07:19 PM

Remind me what that is?

An egg that gets spun around with enough force that the white and yolk invert themselves, resulting in the yolk on the outside, and the white inside.

semi-soft poached eggs on a wheat beagle with cheese and a slice of ham steak. I like my poached eggs a little runny but still hardish when cooked. All that yummy, gooey egg goodness. *is in bliss* Too bad I'm too lazy in the morning to make it. .-. Maybe once my classes are over for the semester I might make some on my days off.

littl3chocobo 04-14-2016 09:42 PM

ml; that sounds more like a lunch than a breakfast XD

poached eggs are good on toast, or mixed into cooked oatmeal or rice... And now I wanna make that to eat.

littl3chocobo 04-14-2016 09:53 PM

i like to drop egg into soups or fry it in meat fat XD

Fried in bacon fat. If not for the fact that I worry about grease splatters, I'd make eggs like that...
