Him was the crossdressing devil.

In that Lady Gaga song 'Born This Way', I always think of Him when she says the whole 'capital H-I-M' part.

He was absolutely one of the most fabulous characters on that show! XD ! I think he was my favorite villain, actually. My second fave was the Rowdy Ruff Boys. <3

I knew exactly who you were talking about before even entering this thread. XD. Him was one of my favorite villains in PPG cause he was so creepy and awesome. =w= ahhh nostalgia.
