Why...uh...thank you o.O;
|
so pleeeaaase~?
|
Please...uh...
...what? I got lost in homework. |
I like it when people tear apart my work, Espy, so it was a compliment. I can't get better unless people tell me what I do wrong. And I say if you don't like it, tell me what is wrong and I'll fix it. :)
Here is the newest version:http://s1141.photobucket.com/albums/...t=SCAN1561.jpg tattoos are missing 'till I sure I've gotten the body good. |
never mind^^: you obviously are not comfortable with my asking, i'mma go back to lurking now, bye
|
No, seriously, Choco, I lost you question.
EDIT: GAH wait wait wait, are you asking me to critique? Because if you are...trust me, I went through your dA some time ago and there's really nothing a can add to it. |
He was asking you to critque. He always asks us to do it, and one little hint when doing it. Count the fingers ;)
|
That's not bad, Dark. If you had more space on the paper (looks like you reached the edge), I would said to pull the hips and waist down a bit more because right now, her ribcage stops at the bottom of the breasts.
Shoulder width is still too large for torso width, but you're getting better. Last bit: This is probably going way too deeply into anatomy and structure, but imagine that the angel wings are shaped to your arm. the drawing is missing the whole "upper arm" portion of the wing, but that...technicalities. Unless you really want me to go on about that XD |
...count the fingers? what?
|
XO don't count fingers!
|
I actually get that Espy, cause of my foundness for bats and how their wings are like arms and all that. But the wierd thing about Tris wings are that they are actually part of the arm not as a back apendage, so I moved the wings up to the back so I could draw them a bit easier. And I'll try and change the shoulder width.
@Espy, choco has a tendency to leave someone with only four fingers on one hand. Almost no one catches them so be carefully to always count the fingers. ;) |
Fingers? -looks down- I've five. Oh wait, my thumb doesn't count.
... POLYDACTYLITY FOR THE WIN. I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF I SPELLED THAT RIIIIIGHT~ |
Oh, you're right, but they only look like they're part of the arms. The "upper arm" part of the wing (that avi's wings) seem to go downward at first and are probably hidden by the shoulders. So they're starting near the shoulderbladed and go down.
|
XD don't lie it was only once
|
Which confuses me. O.o So my drawing's wings don't go down to make it easier on the poor drawer. Though I guess I should move the one wing inward so it is even with the other.
Choco, one of the two pieces of art I have seen while completly awake. I'm not counting that one I completly messed up counting fingers on. So according to what I have seen 50% of you drawings end up missing fingers. :D Can't fight the numbers. |
Er...
... I think I meant, move them down a tiny bit and out. |
