Well, I started training a while back, but only got far enough to earn that -points at name- a few days ago.

Well... Yes and no. The technicalities aren't that difficult, but there's a lot of traits that a mod must have that can't always be taught. You see, while the actual actions are easy enough to perform, the things that a lot of the training covers, there's a lot more to it because working with users is the most important part of the job. Not everyone can handle it, let alone in the long term.
