Even if they ARE in the same position they can be different. ;) Each action has the potential of multiple different outcomes, many times one success and one failure. So what you learn from playing is which actions have a chance to lead to scenarios you recognize, and which ones have higher probabilities of failure. (Hint: Setting off all the explosives has a 50% shot of killing you outright. ;) But one of its success options sends you straight to the treasure room.)

And listening/going to to voice is like... 100 or at least 75% death chance. xD

But seriously, it seems there are far more instant fail chances than success ones and then even those are only little ones. Quite depressing! xD But I guess that's treasure seeking for you. P=

Also, with explosions, did it like 5 times, 4 times death, 1 time luck. xD So much for 50%. ;3

I also think that sometimes the death rate is too high... People don't die that easily, just cause they run out of stamina or haven't eaten for one day, they don't curl up and die from just that. When surviving instinct kicks in, they can be much tougher. Why are we made the meekest? xD

Even if you take the exact same route, if the links aren't in the same position than the result won't be the same. That's something I learned from this mini-game. :3

Yeah i just figured that out.xD

The monkey likes me. :] But I usually die in the treasure room when I try for the rubytreasure. D:

Coda 02-16-2012 02:04 AM

The rubytreasure is harder than the other two, because it's a greater reward.

Arikana 02-16-2012 02:13 AM

Yeah, I figured as much.

Sadrain 02-16-2012 03:16 AM

I've got only ruby and 50aurum reward. @_@ There's 3rd? The other reward in the treasure room? @_@ But it killed me the times I went for it and told me to not be stupid, lol.

Aw, don't worry. Your pet monkey is very nice to me so I'll protect you from your monkey's haters. :'3

Reyoki 02-16-2012 11:51 AM

Ashy's monkey has always been nice to me, too. Then again, I never go chasing after it...

Arikana 02-16-2012 12:36 PM

Yeah, I mainly call it back to me so I don't need to chase it. >w<
