Not really, as these things would be from times of old... however, I do like the thinking that some of the personal items that they have could become supernatural for a certain amount of time if a spirit gave some of their essence to it, but again this could be a double edge thing.

We where doing an attic, three actual floors, a basement and some extra's

I was thinking the servants lived on the ground floor. Middle floor for guests, top floor for family and close friends (the live in nurse would be on this floor too) Attic where items are stored, perhaps part of it is converted into a small study. The basement would be where the boiler would be and some larger things would be stored.

Also not all the rooms would be placed on the blue prints
