Antique Bakery is not a yaoi anime. It is a seinen manga with a gay character, and the live action version changed him so straight apparently. I haven't seen it nor do I want to. (The anime version is MUCH closer to the manga.)

I don't like most J-dramas in general... I dunno, for whatever reason I tend to find them melodramatic, and melodrama is more off-putting in live action than it is in animation, where it's more expected. And stuff like Sailor Moon is just absolutely impossible to take seriously at all when it's people in ridiculous costumes.

I've also seen the Mushishi film... sigh. I'm a huge fan of the manga and TV series, and the film started off decently and had some great moments, but then the writers apparently felt the burning need to shoehorn an overarcing plot into it that made no sense, and they totally ruined Ginko and Tanyu's relationship by having him say "I AM IN LOVE WITH HER" flat out instead of leaving the interpretation up to the viewer. So disappointing.

Wallflower is an anime that got turned into live action

No, it isn't. It just gets lumped into the BL category by people who don't really know any better. Tachibana is the main character and he isn't gay at all. It's just a slice of life series where one of the characters happens to be a gay man. (though apparently I was wrong about it being seinen and it's actually shojo.)

I go by what Baka Updates and Anime News Network have.

I keep getting sucked in by the plot of Sailor Moon...I adored Dark Mercury!!! Her outfit was brilliant.

x3 I totally flipped when I saw him as Mamoru! I had just finished watching Kamen Rider Hibiki and then i see him in Sailor moon I was all "&#(@&! MINE!" x'D

Lols!!! The acting is actually pretty good. The special effects are kinda horrid though.

I read that the makers wanted to concentrate more on the characters then the battles xD there for the special effects where horrible xD

I also literally bawled my eyes out when Venus left...and when Mars used Venus's tambourine star thing to get her ultimate weapon. Yeah...I totally bawled like a baby.

Venus is one of my favs in the live x3 so different from her manga version

The live-action that I kinda liked was When They Cry or Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni.

I haven't seen many life-action dramas of animes. I was paranoid to see another view of the characters I knew and loved.

Yeah, I agree on that one. The characters matched personality wise, looks, ect. I don't mind little changes. I mind large ones like the crud they tried to pull with the Dragonball Evolution movie. Oh god...
