I work at the post office separating mail. pretty boring all and all but it pays REALLY well

I know some bosses that are beyond stupid; example: writing up a manager that wasn't on duty instead of the one that was active during the time that an employee sold alcohol to a minor.

i cant say for certin but i know she will have diffrent bosses tell her to do two diffrent things that kind of stupid

at my job we separate the mail by zips via machine.
certain plans need to be started/finished at certain times.
My boss doesn't do things in a way to complete our tasks on time...
and wastes time by doing things we don't have to do until hours later etc/
Its hard to explain..

I understand that sort of pain Miz....happens in the military all the time....

its just stressful cause they freak out about things not getting done but tis their own fault..

Yeah...well, mine is understanding and will work with you, but only so long as you are "hard working" per her definition. And unfortunately I may be looking for a new job soon....not that she isn't willing to work with me, but...kinda making this harder than I should. Basically....trying to actually go back to church and become active in it again, but they have scheduled me to open on a Sunday morning when I told them I couldn't work it. Manager even remembered that and apologized, but as of yet nothing has changed...

I'm a hard worker. I go above and beyond everyday and still get shit on.
Even when others just stand around and do nothing.

why the hell does it matter if i work my ass off if they get paid just as much, or even more for doing less.

That goes for me too i work with so many people who just to the bare minimum and i see them get promotions even x_x its so bothersome

Yep. Seems that the ones who don't deserve it get promoted and those who really do don't get it. There are exceptions to that though, that's for sure.

I guess I don't really care about the promotions. Cause I know I couldn't handle them. I would lose my shit because no one does anything.

Honestly people have the right to be upset when they pour everything into their job and are then told they are doing nothing. I understand where you come from zosa and I tend to shrug most things off but we are all human and we are creatures of emotion.so its kinda hard to tell people to not get mad at things they work hard at and work hard for.
