Fen already said that rune event items would happen very rarely, and they would be very special items. I don't see it driving people away.

That really is not much of point, Lucid. Not everyone can do it anymore.

And while I am saying all these things, I still DO keep in mind that site needs money and that we need those who donate, but since we have such a small donater base right now, it's like... squeezing the last bit out of them right now, or hoping someone else will be pressured in donating.

As Fen said, this is really a fairly unusual circumstance, and we expected the negative reactions -- that's WHY there's only three donation items. You'll be able to collect a LOT more items (Fen won't let me say how many, but I think you're going to be pleasantly surprised) through the course of normal gameplay alone. I think there's going to be something for everyone, even if circumstances keep you from being able to donate.

(Yes, I said "gameplay". Yes, you may commence speculating.)

Yea, but that's why everyone's leaving Gaia anyway and they had muuuuch larger user base when they started doing stuff like that, so they could afford driving lot of their users off, which Trisphee cannot.

And I understand that site needs money, but... -sighs- This was unexpected and kind of a hard blow to me personally. Especially since I don't suspect I will be able to be on much during the event in general.

Gameplay! how exciting! my guess is that we pick our side and then we attack other people that are on the opposite team. we get more health or ammo or something for posting, but it also regenerates slowly-like, so people are encouraged to post but don't HAVE to.

Simple solution, Invite more people to this site owo.
Logically speaking The more people we have, the higher possibility that they can donate a little each month,
the more people who can donate, the less we need for bills and thus the less we have to resort to coming out with more rune items than the monthly and yearly items. ^^

some people just don't have the time or attention span for more than one avatar site. I don't. I tried to do gaia and solia at the same time, and ended up taking a hiatus from gaia to go play on solia, then quitting solia to go back to gaia and beta for Trisphe, then quitting gaia once Trisphe got bigger and grew an extra e.

Pshh the admins from gaia are jerks and play favorites. its why I left gaia.. I kinda wish Mario and the other people I met on there would at least try this site out =(

If any user feels they can't be here if they visit other pixel sites, then you can be rest assured that that is not the case here. No one here on the staff has been or ever will be offended at the idea of a user being on other sites. I have had a Gaia account since 2003. While I don't use it often, I never felt that I wasn't allowed to be on one or the other. If other sites make you feel this way, I apologize for them, but you should not find that here with the staff. If a user is giving you that feeling, come to us about the situation.

You are allowed to make your own choices, and be on as many sites as you wish to be. Trisphee Staff will never condem you for this.

I've never felt like I'm not allowed to be on two sites at once, I just don't have the attention span for it. XD I tend to focus a lot of time and energy at one thing at a time. I know there's other people like that out there too.

I do 2-3 sites at once.. but the other sites are clicky pets ^^, tho Uni does have a Avi site connected.. I normally find NOTHING to do on there since Posting doesn't earn you their currency and well.. when you battle the most you get is 4 auros.. and well.. their stuff in the item shops are expensive =w=, so I don't go on there much..
