Usually I'm the evil guy in my own dreams. Raging infernos, poor unfortunate souls crushed under the heel of my combat boot, world domination and ice cream. No, wait. There's rarely enough ice cream in my dream.
Have you ever considered taking up martial arts? You don't need to be heavy and musculous for judo, but you still could defend your loved ones.

At any given time, in my backpack, there most likely exists:
- a knife, potentially a swiss army knife
- a medkit, including bandages, gauze, bobby pins, safety pins, ointment, wipes, cough drops, painkillers, and anti-histamine
- rubber bands
- some form of rope or string
- at least one granola bar, occasionally caffeinated
- some form of cloth
- plastic bags
- a phone charger at least 75% full

Something I’m missing is an epi-pen (I personally don’t need one, but it’s good to have around. And I carry my backpack around basically everywhere.
