yes, Coda does his voodoo and can see who has each number ticket. When you're on your avatar menu they're in the usable tab, you can see what number you have there.

I wanted every active user in the event to have one free ticket. So, you can buy some to increase your chances or you could try with the free ticket you receive to win. So, you have a choice to buy or not buy. Just be active here. :3 |

I cleared up in the first post the exact achievement required in order to be awarded the free ticket. I've seen a bunch of questions about it.

I just got a few 1500xxs. Thank goodness. xD; The way inventories are set up the items added later into the shops or whatever are oldest first, newest last. So I wonder why the ID numbers are all jumbled. o-o; |

Anyway, while the inventory page does sort by item, it doesn't sort multiple copies of the same item, so the numbers will be ordered arbitrarily. Before now it never made a difference. :P |

It'll be at the end of the event, which will be a few days before the shop closes. Fen will be Livestreaming the drawing so everyone can see the numbers getting picked.
We haven't specifically decided when the event will end yet, but we're going to be sensitive to things -- we want to give people time to participate but we don't want to make it drag on too long either. |
