I'm reading Elminster in Myth Drannor by Ed Greenwood. As much as I like the Forgotten Realms world, I had never taken time before now to learn about one of its most important characters. It's good so far. :)
The LA Times. Nothing all that interesting though.

Brave New World (for school)
It's. So. Disturbing. |
Wasn't that big on Brave New World. Part of me was inclined to roll my eyes at it, but then, after reading We by Yvgeny Zamyatin, BNW didn't seem as poingiant as it could have been.

I just finished Jaye Wells' Green Eyed Demon.
And I'm starting on Jeaniene Frosts' 5th book in her Night Huntress series, This side of the Grave. |
╔═════════════════════════════════╗ (。◕‿◕。) Bulfinch's Mythology by Thomas Bulfinch. Such an amazing book. ╚═════════════════════════════════╝ |
I'm currently reading Memnoch the Devil, book V in The Vampire Chronicles by Anne Rice. I'm going to start re-reading Howl's Moving Castle by Diana Wynn Jones soon, though. Gods, I love that book!
I need to read, but first need to find my library card.

Dystopian novels are my absolute favorite. |
I'm reading: This Side of the Grave;; Jeaniene Frost
I'm reading a book called Dining with Joy. It's about a food show host who doesn't actually know hot to cook. It's pretty interesting.
just finished reading a theology study titled:
new age religion and western culture I quite enjoyed it but it was a little too intense of a book for just joy reading. |
Sounds really interesting zombie. I love having books to read
Dexter in the Dark :3
What's that about Winter?
I'm in the middle of reading "Bone Gods", by Caitlinn Kittredge.
A food about cooking, but not knowing HOW? xDD; That sounds absolutely hilarious.
I just got past the Red Wedding in Martin's A Storm of Swords. That man is a bastard to his characters.

Its really funny. My mom got it for me for my birthday. I still need to finish it but i've been slightly preoccupied.....
Dexter in the dark is the third book in the Dexter series - that the tv show is based on ;)
I haven't read anything except for my biology textbook this year D:
I'm hoping to reread The Sight by David Clement-Davies |
I'm currently reading, "Reading Lollita in Teran". It's interesting. I think it's about a true story of a secret book club in the middle east that would gather and read books forbidden by law (cause of the religion and culture)so they could discuss literature.
I just started rereading the guardian by dee henderson. Such a good book!
So I'm sort of reading two things at once right now.
First I finally got myself a copy of the new Mortal Instruments book, City of Fallen Angels by Cassandra Clare. Then, for late-night reading I'm reading Dracula by Bram Stoker. Normally I probably wouldn't have bothered with it but it popped up for free on my Nook and then just recently I watched some of Interview With a Vampire and it got me into the vampire mood a bit heh. |
How is dracula?
I'm only on the third chapter but so far it's actually pretty good. c:
I've still got that ridiculous picture of Dracula in my head but the description of him is actually quite different I think. |
That's cool, ive been trying to find new books to read. I'm constantly reading the same ones....
Ah, well what sort of genres do you like? Maybe I can recommend something to your liking.
I'm pretty good with what ever.... i really like historical fiction.
I just started reading Sherlock Holmes books because I had nothing to read and I have a free "Classic Books" app on my iPod.
It's a bit hard reading books on an iPod. xD |

No i haven't what's it about?
It's about the struggle of small village in 11th century England to build a cathedral, despite the machinations of a corrupt bishop and the depredations of a psychotic, power-hungry earl.
I don't really like it, though. The actual writing is terrible in my opinion, and the book is way too long, something like 1200 pages when the story would easily fit into 700 or so. |
Oh.... that really sucks.....
I'm starting the newest of the Nicholas Flamel books, the the Warlock.
Oooh what's that about?
