Tired... I have been forgetting to take my iron supplement pills so I have not been getting the energy that I usually do and so I have just been tired all of the freaking time

Don't those make you feel all sick an such? I could never take mine so I ate a lot of iron filled foods.

Not the ones that I take. They are Ferro-Sequels. They are purposefully designed to not mess with you too much. But I feel so much better when I do take them.

I didn't know they had such a pill out there. Doctors kept telling me I was getting all they had that would not make me sick. >.<

It's an over the counter thing. Not as much iron but still more iron than most over the counter ones.. And i am slightly iron deficient.

Maybe they just don't sell them here then. I have never seen them in the stores. Right now for what little I am deficient I take vitamins or drink slim fast.

They sell it at Walgreens. That the only place that I know that sells them. They're in a green box.

I may have to look into them when I go low on my iron level again.

I personally really like them they have saved me a lot.

I'll check them out if I need iron again.
