For the Spring one, there's no item requirement. There's only a 25k spending limit.

*shrugs* I think it means total, like how much it would cost to buy an EI or a DI in the Marketplace. I have an EI and a DI on my entry for that one, and wasn't told I couldn't have them. This is just speculation on my part, though. Lorcan will have to give the final answer.
