Usually after a certain amount of time, the RPG should move on and it's up to the member to catch up when they come back unless they say ahead of time they won't be around for a bit.

All depends really on how important that character is in the plot, sometimes another character can take over and the plot moves on. Seen it done quite a few times.

I need to see if I can find someone to do small reference pieces for a few of my characters. Half of mine don't have art or the art ended up getting deleted when Geocities shut down.

Well, I wasn't one that wanted to get physical.. we had a mixed class so we had to play the sports with guys and you know how guys are when it comes to sports. It's like full on war.
