Running around the kitchen sniffing each plate of food, Rin just couldn't choose! Finally she decided on a Teriyaki Baked Mouse.
"Can we stay here forever?!" Wide blue eyes stared at Mirri in question. |
"We'll have to ask Paws" Mirri said, not about to move until she had finished with her cream, and she wasn't in any hurry.

Hearing the small ones question Paws smiled and answered. "Stay as long as you please. Now if you excuse me I need to tend to the accountant. I'll return shortly." with that the grey feline wondered out the door. |
Kali led the sled to Jin-Ball's room, "Well here you are!" she said with a smile as she pulled the sled into the room.

*opens up door to the room and finds it quite large*

After Rin finished her meal she went to Mirri's side and waited. This new place was so big and it scared her a bit, but it also made her want to explore and find nice hiding places.
"Mirri, I wanna go play." |
"Well you can get it from here," Kali said with a grin. "I'm off to the play room," she added prancing off.

Beign the sort of cat that curled up in one spot or just sat by the window looking out of it all day, Mirri wasn't terribly interested in exploring the place just yet, though the kitchen wasn't a terribly glamorous place to set herself.
The big Norwegian forest cat slowly got up and stretched, taking her time with everything, before hopping down to the floor with ease. "We will go find the playroom." She said, and walked out the door, waiting for the young kitten to follow. |
Rin cried out in joy and ran after her guardian, the bell around her neck ringing in times with her cheers.
"What is a play room? What's in it? Are there toys?" The kitten bombarded Mirri with questions as the walked down the hall. |
Mirri let the kitten attack her with questions, walking along as each new one was fired with little time left for an answer. Near the entrance the grey cat had said, so she walked along the doors in the hall nor far from the door they came in, tapping open the doors with her paws and taking a peek into each room until she saw one that looked like kitten paradise.
There were toys strewn about, towers to climb on, and tunnels and walkway to crawl through and jump on. This certainly looked like the place. "This looks like your playroom", Mirri said to Jin, and sidled to the door to open it up a little more so the kitten could see. |
Paws was sitting on the windows ledge while chatting with Kali when the two newcomers walked in. "Found the room alright?" she asked to the older one, as the kitten decided to become a blur, zipping from one side of the room to the other. |
*after unpacking all belongings Jin-ball hangs up a sign and closes the door. The sign reads "Very busy don't disturb"*

Kali turned and looked as the new cat and kitten walked in.
"Well aren't you adorable," she said with a smile to the kitten. "What's your name? And I think you just might love this room," Kali added as she gestured around the playroom. |
*after long reorganization of the room Jin-ball steps out of the room and removes the sign*
Hmmm what to do now *stomach begins to grumble* oh yeah... |
Paw turned to Kali and smiled. "This place is finally becomeing lively." ------ Rin stopped bouncing around from spot to spot to greet the older cats. "Rin is Rin! Mirri is Rins.. Rins.. Mirri what are you?" Confused eyes turned to the kittens guardian asking the older cat to help her with her greeting. ------ ((I (DK) am taking quiets opinion to do Rin AND Paw from Cat Paws' account... @-@ Its getting confusing on when I can post on one or the other.. so this is the solution. xp Purple for Paw, Orange for Rin)) |

The Bobtail finally stretched out thinking it was time to stop hiding in his room and come down to see who all was with in the shop. He yawned shaking his head some, got up head over to look into it groomed him self some then looked out the window near by it had been sometime and it was nice just need to mingle a little more with other cats that are around. Heading out of his room he head down stairs. I am the manry-est of men! |
Mirri looked down at Rin, also not entirely sure what the young really was to her. As far as she was concerned, she was done "mothering." Her daughters and sons had all grown up and left and hopefully made the best of the start she gave them. Looking after the kitten seemed to have fallen to her by default.
Oh well. A kitten was a kitten. "I keep her out of trouble" Mirri commented to the new cat. |

After heading down stairs, the Bobtail looked about the area and walked over to one of the food bowls to see it had some food, he began to eat, it seemed he was so tired from his travel to get to the place he spent most of his time sleeping unable to see who was all now at the manor. I am the manry-est of men! |

"Well keeping kittens out of trouble is a big task. Much luck to you, just know that as long as you both remain here, she shall be safe." Kali said with a grin.
"Hey Rin, wanna go play in the tower?" she added looking at the kitten. |
Wondering to the front door she looked about, her yellow eyes wide with curiosity. Padding over she placed her paws on the door and pushed it open. She hoped she had the right place it was meant to be a refuge for cats that don't have a safe place of their own. Looking in her tail quivered, stepping in quietly she listened. Her whiskers twitched, she could hear voices so she followed them to what seems like a well set up play room.
Entering slowly she looks at the talking cats "hello I'm Woopsie" she blinks. |
Nikko finally getting his fill of food finally walked out of the kitchen to see the other cat that was new. The bobtail tilted his head to the side made his way over to say hello to the new cat that came in. "Hello, and welcome to the manor, I'm Nikko one of the guest here seeing how you are new I figure I could greet you here." he said bowing his head some. I am the manry-est of men! |
Woopsie turned around and blinked "hello I'm Woopsie its nice to meet you" she said dipping her head slightly. "I was wondering is there someone I should talk to about staying here?" she asked, lifting her yellow eyes up questioningly.

"Kali heard the door chime as it was opened. I'll be right back to play Rin! I promise!" she called as she darted out the door and almost ran smack into the new feline.
"I'm Kali! Welcome to the Mansion!" She said with a smile. |
Woopsie's tail twitched as she heard another voice she looked around just in time to scoot out the way a little "hello I'm Woopsie" she blinked and made her way over to Kali she looked friendly.

The male cat looked at Kali blinking trying to see where she had come from looked around some but then deiced he was not going to ask and just sat down his ears flickering some as he watched. I am the manry-est of men! |
"Welcome Woopsie! I bet you'd like a room, and I think I know just the one." she said with a smile.
"Hiya Nikko!" she added to the confused looking Bobtail. |
Woopsie turned and blinked at Nikko he had been the first cat to welcome her here she didn't want to seem rude at all. Looking back at Kali she nodded a room would be good "thank you that would be very kind of you to show me" she said.

"I can show you to your room and then you can chat with Nikko. If he want's he can come with us." Kali stated with a smile gesturing at the cats to follow her.

"Hey sure, I can come along I wouldn't mind wanting to see another new feline around here." as he gave a small smile nodded to them. I am the manry-est of men! |
Kali started the quick tour by showing Woopsie where the kitchen, dining room, and play room were. She then proceeded up the stairs.
"We've decided to fill from the top down, so if you don't mind, to the third floor!" She concluded. |
Nodding at Kali she turned and followed, it was such a big house she didn't want to get lost she was glad her host knew the way "thanks for this" Woopsie purred gratefully, she blinked at Nikko maybe she will finally make some new friends. Looking around as they went up to third floor she put the route to her memory so she wouldn't get lost.

"And you are the 5th door on the left!" Kali said with a smile. "There is a grooming station in every room, and once a week a human comes in to give us all baths so we stay clean and flea free," she added.
"I'm gonna head back to the playroom now, there's a sweet little kitten who wants to play!" Kali said before bounding off. |
"Don't worry it takes a while but if you get lost don't worry to much I will help you find away around just ask." as he walked along with them. Watching Kali show the other around. I am the manry-est of men! |
"thank you Kali this is fantastic" Woopsie replied as she peered into her new room. "I'm terrible at getting lost, or found or I mean" she was a bit flustered for a moment and thought of her words. "I mean I get lost easily" she shrugged at Nikko. Blinking at him as Kali went back downstairs she was keen to get to know the rest of the house. "Will you show me about Nikko?" she asked.

Paws napped as Kali took care of the new cat. Her dreams were filled of beta fish and teriyaki flavored baked mice. A small thunk woke her up and she looked over to see the kitten Rin get back to her feet and start her attempt to climb one of the Cat Condo Trees once more. ------ The nice older cat had left the room with the promise to come back and play. With that Rin figured it'd be fun to climb high and start the play from up there. Looking around the room she saw the tallest Cat Condo Tree and started up only to make it half way to the first landing and fell. Getting back on all fours, she hunched down and wiggled her backside before getting a jump start this time, making it to the first landing. "Mirri! There are feather things up here!" Rin called out as she attacked them. |
"Yes, sure Woopsie, I can show you more of the place. It really nice. Many places to play and hang out and sleep." looking over to her the Japanese Bobtail tilted his head some nodded to her telling her to come along with him. "There is play room, wonderful kitchen where Cat is always making awesome snacks." he mentioned to her, while walking down the hall. I am the manry-est of men! |
