How tough of a psychic is Kadia, Lawtan? I imagine that if she can sense Rurik, she could probably also pick up Tarja, and vice versa, if she's stuck in a dirt wall somewhere and needs a hand digging herself out.

Kadia had moderate psychic presence - she has well controlled/strong telekineses, and can sense auras, but that is about the extent. Her "telepethy" with rurik is due to an organic brain link. (Will have references as to how that works eventually)
