we had a Nor'easter today. fun stuff. (at least it wasn't snow...)

We don't get snow in the part of California I live in. Growing up, snow days are what the kids on TV shows got.

heh. we get snow days. last school year, we had 7 snow days. o_O

Yeah... I think I might have been 16 the first time I saw snow in person.

i remember there was one winter, i was little (5? 6?... we moved from that house when i was almost 8, so somewhere before i was 7...) and it snowed! when the plows came by, there was a TON of snow along side the roads, and i made steps up one side of the piles, and slid down the other - like a fun park slide.

we were also able to do that a few years ago, 2011? i think that was "Snowmaggedon" - a few blizzards one right after another. i think we had like 3 or 4 that Jan-Feb (March?)

I loved playing in the snow as a kid, but now I can't because I get cold too easily. x'D

that's understandable, ml. it's cold out there when it snows! XD

It's supposed to be winter here, but I think we got Mek's storm. It's trying to *bleeeping* RAIN.

we got some flurries not that long ago- furious sideways flurries! it's cold and windy out there!

Said something online about snow in this area, or at least in a town near here. XD

We *did* get Mek's storm here in SoCal -- it just swept south and met up with a front headed north and it's POURING.

Interesting. I'm an hour south of SF.
