It was either blood pressure or blood sugar..... I can't remember. It's good for diabetes control. *daydreams* Ooh, that reminds me of the beef stir fry my dad made once. It had beef, green bell peppers, onions, and all sorts of spices in it including cinnamon! *drools* Oh, it was fantastic!

Hmmm...Cinnamon in stir fry is an odd idea.

It helped to mellow out some of the more intense spices. You know, pure cinnamon isn't really sweet.
