Ummm....well, if they are open to anyone, I'd have to say Janeway in terms of favorite Star Trek captain. She dealt with a lot of crap and did so quite well with the situation.

As for favorite Star Wars character....hmmm.....including EU? Darth Revan (or Darth Bane possibly). Excluding? Have to go with Yoda.

And Picard is indeed my favorite captain...I like Janeway but I didn't like her show xD So I didn't actually watch more than like. 5 episodes of it. But I was hardcore obsessed with TNG and watched it from conception to end :V woooo

It means the universe in general (to include any form of lore or story involving it...in the star wars case, anything outside the movies). And Ulti is not stupid. I actually had to look it up because I wasn't sure originally.
