Taikimon is originally supposed to be mocking Pokemon. It was a joke me and a few friends started on Gaia. The Pokemon versions of our names had +mon even though that's a Digimon thing. @o@ We didn't really think about it at the time... but it's supposed to be a Pokemon thing. xD;
