My Mom's Birthday is the 10th of Feb so she is totally biased that it is the best month.

hmm.... my brother's birthday was Jan 4th, so that's not happening. the next birthday out of family and friends is March 16th, but that's too late....so... how about Valentine's Day for little Winter.
