Hey random aside question. Is it legal for a landlord to write that they can come into your home any time they want in the lease without notice? I feel like renters rights say that they can't do that

And uh...yeah. Pretty sure that except in case of emergency, landlords are required by law to give at least 24 hour notice prior to entering.
But I don't guarantee that is right...it's just what I always assumed based on my landlord/rent agreement experience.

Yeah Landlords are supposed to give 24 hours notice.

For now it can be a Mommy blanket and Winter and you can cuddle under it.

That part is incredibly suspect and honestly, I would maybe discuss that with them prior to signing anything (unless it's too late) because I'm pretty sure that entering your apartment without 24 hour notice is illegal? I would do research prior to renting from anyone who wants that kind of apartment access...
