The ring volume on the phones at work. They're so loud that I had a headache because of them.

Hyjin; Someone should also tell me HOW to use the phone. I'm figuring out by myself. -Shakes her head.- It's bad. I guess if I hang up on a customer, I can't help it.

I told the CSL I didn't know how to use it. She said, "Well I only got a crash course," shrugged and left. But then she taught another coworker how to use it.....

How something can ring that loud to give a headache is beyond me. ._.

You wouldn't believe. I couldn't hear customers. The music was also extremely loud too.

That sounds absolutely horrendous. I get headaches easily by noises like that as well.

I say throw the phone out

I wish I could. The sad part is that the one phone, nobody can hear me on it. They're brand new, just installed Monday. And nobody can hear me when i talk.
