when i ground, i imagine i'm turning into a tree, rooting deep into the ground. i push the negativity out through my 'roots' and pull positive energy in through the top of me. it's to get rid of the yucky energy and re-charge.

We did that at witchfest at the start of the day when I went. :)

I have a small question... I did something similar to grounding. I was feeling extremely hyper, and I was in a very calm and collected setting, So I gathered all the excess energy together, and let it out through my arm. Afterwards, a weird rash showed up on the same arm. Are the two connected?

It's possible but unlikely. See if the rash goes away :)

It did... After about five minutes... It was really weird. But the grounding worked.

I'm water... Or maybe Ice. I love water and the snow, along with my body temp is normally 94.5 Fahrenheit. I absolutly love the rain, and I generally dispise summer, the only good thing I see about it is swimming.

I'm not a fan of summer either to be honest.

Is Ice considered an element? Or are the base four the elements you are talking about?

Hmm, I wonder what element I would be. I wouldn't be water I don't think because I can't swim and am generally afraid of drowning sometimes. Hmm, earth or air seems closer because I absolutely love sitting out on nice spring day and letting the wind breeze through my hair.

Well, I've just seen a few things on tv, or whatnot that mention paganism, and it's usually negative. I don't think it would be proper to judge based on that, especially since I know such little about it.

So, how popular is paganism? Would you say it has more members than originally let on? I know the rule is to "keep everything on the down low". xD That may be a weird question, but I know there are so many Christians, Jews, and Muslims, I wonder about the other beliefs of the world.

As "pagan" is such a wide ranging term I'm sure there are many. But we are very quiet ^_^

I find the media presents paganism in a negative way as if if they didn't it would be boring.
"Nope, not cursing anyone. Just making up some tea... Would you like some or..." Lol

Most places have some sort of pagan group. I know there's a few around where I live but they're not of my path so I don't get involved.

My partner Jenjen loves tea but I'm not much of a fan.
