i'm sorry :( i hate when people lose their cool. We get a lot of angry people because in order to open, we had to work out a schedule that the church agreed with. It's in the ordinance and everything. So we have to close early on Wednesday and a lot of people show up at 6:01-6:30 and knock on the door and accost us in the parking lot to open up and it's like . . . we literally can't make any exceptions on wednesday. The church we are right behind made us agree to stop sales at 6pm in order to even have the store here in the first place. And we keep telling people that but nobody cares. one guy was even like "it just pisses me off because i know there are still people in there at 6:01." it's like "yes we are still in there --- putting everything into the safe! the product doesn't just sit out on the safe all night!!"
and then the poeple who come in in the morning, "oh everything has moved around"i t's like we can't remember exactly where everything was yesterday! XD

anyway.

Bro I just had someone park in the middle of 2 parking spots, then proceeded to change his mind and drive over 3 different parking spot concrete blocks moving them.
when I went out to ask him what for(his wife went up front for rec so hes just sitting there) just says sorry and rolls up his window.
How about instead of making me move concrete you get off your ass and fix what you messed up and learn to drive like someone with a brain!
Also washington law makes up be a certain thousand feet away from bars, schools and churches so that situation wouldn't even be possible here.

we only have to be 1000 feet from other dispensaries, school and day cares.

Although it was reallyyyyy funny getting the law passed in Rainier because my boss was told by the city council that he needed to go meet with the church pastor and get his approval first, which he did, but still pretty funny.

I can't even move the concrete blocks I'm not strong enough T.T I just looked like an idiot trying to lift concrete in the rain, even though I was pushing not lifting but still!

Today sucks and I want it to be over. I had great plans to be artsy and awesome and friendly and cheerful but I can't.
I'm just going to do my outlines for the pins and watch anime the rest of the day until closing because screw this.

We don't have a strict dresscode, just basics no pajamas, look clean, preferable no dye or holes, must be wearing shoes so on so forth.
But it is a tad bit sexist in the enforcement of the rules....

HE IS MAKING US RE-DO THE ENTIRE LAYOUT OF OUR STORE BECAUSE THE CUSTOMERS CAN'T SEE THE WEIGHT THE SCALES SAY AS WE'RE WEIGHING STUFF AND THAT IS A VIOLATION.

Ours are preweighed bags before they even get to the rec stores
same with our medical store

we don't have to pre-package, and a lot of people like that we don't.

It's a big problem with drying and stuff because of weight loss and when the state inspectors come we have to weigh everything and make certain it's all within 5% of what our computer says it should be. If it was pre-packaged we'd ahve to open all of the containers and dump it all out so we could get the weight. ;~;

the grower weighs it wet, then dries it and weighs it like that, trims and weighs, then packages according to the weight and anything spare has to be explained to the Lccb
They even have us barcode and tag every plant to match every crop that goes out.
Then in the stores, you just request an amount and a personell will grab it for you from behind the counter, put it inside a bag then hand it to you.
at no point do you yourself handle or see the product until you have it in the bag itself

ah we are going to be getting handler permits once OLCC takes over. For now though we do it up like this.

We will have to have handler permits when medical merges into rec stores, but that's in july/june?
