I'd rather go out to eat. While I love to cook have you ever tried cleaning up all the dishes and packing up all the food after hours of cooking? That's what's really tiring,m not the turkey.

So, to answer my own question, I already have an alarmingly sharp sense of smell, and in my case, that's good -- I've been able to smell fires long before anyone else can, and who knows when that'll be important later on?

Hm...I'd rather be a flying creature. There are places you can't get to by sea, and while the bottom of the ocean's rather exciting, I'd like to be able to look at the world from way up. ALSO BEING MISTAKEN FOR A DRAGON WOULD BE GREAT.

....Oh. Jeez. That's a hard one. Not as hard as fire vs earth. I'm probably going to go with fire for this one. It seems to have more practical uses, and fire is a double-edged sword.
