she was supposed to, there was a sign announcing the group and everythng outside the room but she just no showed. One gal went and found some hospital employee who was able to call her and she just apologized and said she hoped we would all come back next week

oh my gosh last night i hiccuped and something in my shoulder/neck popped and ever since i can't move it without this massive wave of pain. I've tried rubbing it, tried getting it to pop again, nothing I have done has helped ;-;

my shoulder is still totally messed up

That's happened to me with a Tai Chi class that I paid for.
Well she showed up but showed up an half hour late, and then wanted us all to change the time of the class, we all told her no, we wanted the time we signed up for. I stopped after 3 classes, I hated it!

That shoulder thing is awful I am sure, I always have pain in my neck and the back of my head, I take Liquid Advil and it always helps. Have you tried ice?

I have to be careful with what I take because I'm breastfeeding the baby D:

I think I'll read about the downtown group and will debate trying the same group next week or going to the one downtown. The one downtown is just an additional 25 minutes to my drive is why I didn't want to go there. . .

These groups can be so sporadic because the "leader" is usually a volunteer. Hope it works out for you and Winter, and of course, I'm such a dumbass, you can't take stuff like that when you are breastfeeding.
