How is your shoulder today? Did you try to ice it or heat it? Try rubbing Arincare they sell it at most drug stores and supermarkets. |
It still hurts but I'm getting used to it so it only hurts really bad when I put pressure on it

You should go to a doctor about it or just mention it when you take Winter to the doctor. A good thing is that those type of muscle injuries are self-limiting, so eventually it just gets better. I hurt my shoulder in the gym and it took a year till it finally felt better.
