She does things differently from fen, that's for sure, but she has a good speed, too. Not quite fen speed, but she has more time and fewer issues with pain to make up for it.

Actually, Twigg recreates the style herself, Fen approves things or hands them back for Twigg to fix.
But, just because things are running more smoothly, that doesn't mean we don't still need help. This is a step in the right direction, but we've got a long way to go to really be our best. |

Practice makes perfect, and all of that. The vast majority of Twigg's work has actually been done in paint. It's only for our purposes that she's started moving over to photoshop.

Well, paint will be hard pixels, like the work you see in her art thread. It also can't make the transparent backgrounds needed to use them on items. Programs like GIMP and Photoshop allow for a softer look like Tris uses thanks to its tools, a combination of the pencil, brush, and smudge tools. They both also allow transparent backgrounds. Taking it a step further, Photoshop also allows use of our custom gradients, so that the items can be easily made in multiple colors and released as soon as the actual pixeling is finished.
It's easier to go from paint work to what we do than the other way around. |

I was thinking of seeing a movie today, but couldn't decide between avengers, snow white and the huntsman, and the pre-screening of rock of ages. So I ended up not going to either three. >.< |

The biggest reason why I want to see snow white is cause of Charlize Theron. Though most of the other actors, albeit Kristen Stewart, aren't too shabby either. :3

So I ended up watching pirates of the caribbean: on stranger tides since I have it on my Mac and had yet to watch it. <3 It wasn't bad, but wast at least well worth watching...and well worth watching sooo late at night when I should be sleeping. >w<
