I have this problem of usually getting out what I want to say in a few sentences. That is not profitable writing.

Bards of old had "filler" - semi-repeatable parts to fall back on when they needed to. So does television that lasts more than 20 episodes...

Indeed, but I just call it "flash fiction" instead. ;)

Easily repeatable phrases also helped with remembering things like epic poems.
