I can't keep this up. I've tried listening to alternative music and pop music as well and both work for awhile but I can only do that for a certain amount of time before it stops working. I hope he can be ok with it. I just need to get a letter from my shrink saying that I can keep my cats, all of them because he wants me to get rid of some of them even though we aren't the only people here with more than one cat... And I can't do that to them at all. I was told from my last doctor that getting cats would be helpful for me. So I hope that talking to this doctor he will be ok to sign a letter saying that me having my 4 cats is a good thing for me. Jesus christ...
