Indeed. Eevee's non-evolved self is still quite cute.

I will love you just like you are and even give you an ever stone so you don't accidentally evolve into an Umbreon or Espeon.

Yeah, an everstone might be a good idea for Eevee if he wishes to stay unevolved. :3
