It's part of what I open when I start my computer up each day. ^_^

Buying books is never a dumb thing to do!

XoGREMLINoX 11-27-2017 10:54 AM

I don't read, my bookshelf is a dust collector -.-

mdom 11-27-2017 11:09 AM

Awww D: books are great decoration though xD

Pinterest has some pretty cool craft ideas to upcycle old books!

bluebird 11-27-2017 09:25 PM

I tried some DIYs from pinterest. They always look better in the pics than when I make it lol. XD

Ugh, I cringe at the idea of doing anything to a book. Books are precious and deserve to not be destroyed.

Derpy yawns and stretches. "I wanna make something! What's an easy pwoject for me to make?"

dragoness129 11-27-2017 10:20 PM

I have some books that are partially destroyed due to damages from conditions or old age. Those are the ones I prefer to upcycle. Or old encyclopedia books that you can find for cheap at yard sales.

O.o I see a new Derpy sig pic is he making a friend???

There are some books that aren't really useful for much else. Like out of date drug manuals and the big hardback catalogue/index books without the sets that they go to. I like to use those to make book vaults on occasion.

4/5 stars out of 12k+ reviews. That's pretty good. It's got a solid score of being good product. Grats on the grab!

mdom 11-28-2017 02:51 PM

oooh go Gizzie! Nice tablet!

Mekatra 11-28-2017 04:42 PM

We bought a tablet a couple years ago because they were really cheap (I paid 30$ for it) and I didn't look at the reviews like an idiot... it basically worked for just long enough for me to not be able to return it to the store. When we tried to contact the company to get it fixed under the warranty it turned out the whole business had closed down. >.< Buy weird cheap brand goods at your own risk!!
