Ugh, I want to get a tattoo. Unfortunately I am underage, so I have to wait.
Parents wouldn't consent lol

I want one on my wrist, probably a word written tiny, then a really small image/symbol.
I don't want anything too intricate while I am so young, just in case I regret it later. But I think a word and symbol would look nice, and I could give it my own meaning.

Small is good but the smaller it is the harder to have detail and as you age it will become like dots...or so I'm told.

The smaller the tattoo the less detailed put into the tattoo. And on your wrist like mine. It will bleed out some of the ink. Or at least mine did, and a few spots are faded so i have to have it touched up.
