the other doll is zander the is a 'white' or depending the brand 'pale/yellow' though he has darkened considerable in four years

Get some Oxie clean and dip him in it he should whiten back up.

i dunno, technically he is 'expired' XD i was told four years for a doll with as much use and sun exposure as him

No you can dip them in to Oxi clean it work really well. I have done it to my dolls.

Try and avoid the face everything clean but if you have a careful hand want to clean around his face used q-tips or tooth picks with cotton.
