Avatar wise, I just go with whatever I feel like.

I feel like i should stick to male avatar more often so people who don't know me know i'm a guy >_<

@ Gallagher - I'm sure there is quite a variety of what you could do for zombies. Astronaut zombie, baby zombie, baseball zombie...if you had the outfits to do it. Are you changing every few days?

@ Massy - I have to say I think that is what I do. Just go with the flow. There is an interesting thread here called "Avatar Challenge" or something like that. Not sure I have enough variety of things to join that thread but it would be very interesting to have to create to a color theme or some idea. Not sure I can do good avatars on command like that.

@ Ducky - Does it really matter if they know? Or just put it in your sig or profile maybe?

there have been times when I thought people were of the opposite sex for years, and it was just a bit weird. Like going on a Skype call with someone and them being very much not what you expected.

Hehe, I know exactly what you mean.

I try to never take anyone's avatar as other than what it is. You are a guy, I know this only because you actually said it but had I not known then you would simply be sexless to me for the most part. However, I will say that it is not easy to keep in one's mind when faced with a totally feminine avatar or a male one with a beard that the person has no gender. Like if a person has a male avi with a beard I really want to think of them as male.
