The scarf is a part of the mask. I might be able to suggest it without the scarf part because the scarf seems a little bulky with the outfits I come up with.

I would add the sparkles from Rave Fever because I liked it that way :3 It added more flair and emphasized the reds on your avatar.

Well I wish the gem in the gloves weren't blue. But in any case I would remove the usb whip. it's too curvy.

I would add Frostbite and use the hair pose with the red in it.
