When you can find a user that controls an NPC, I'll have a serious talk with our admins. I just don't see why it's so uncool that we don't give you staff authority for winning a contest. If you want to be staff, apply to be staff =/

Just because you don't get to post as the NPC doesn't mean it's not yours. We can't let users onto NPC accounts because of privacy issues. If you don't like it, don't enter.

Story needs to be written before it's pushed out to the public, aye? Story threads need to be locked, stickied, moved, and such. Sometimes errors are made and posts need to be edited. That all requires access to staff forums and moderation powers.

Oh okay, thank you lucid for enlightening me. Though I'm still deciding whether I wanna sacrifice that character especially with all the bonds and whatnot there are with normal players and NPCs alike.

If you guys are entering actual RP characters of yours that you want to use in the future, I advise highly -against- that.

If you don't want to submit your OC, it's totally fine. We understand it's tough to let a character go. I believe that a lot of the entries are going to be new characters made from scratch specifically for the contest, so if you'd still like to enter, that might be a good option.

I might just have to tweak and come up with a new backstory but keep the items the same XP
