Nice! Personally I prefer grilled mushrooms, maybe cooked in a skillet if mixed with a bit of wine.

Can never really cook too much. As long as there is some variety and it is good tasting and most importantly you enjoy it!

I wish I was more motivated to cook yummy meals! I think half the time, I just want to have a quick dinner after class because I'm starving, and the other half of the time, I just don't buy fresh groceries because I don't want it to go bad before I use it. I'm such a failure as a cook.
